Process 03
Cutting & Surface Processing
Multi-axis CNC machining for complex 3D contours and high-tolerance plastic parts. Ideal for low-volume production, jigs, fixtures, and post-moulding finishing operations with micron-level precision.
Process 04
Printing & Secondary Fabrication
High-quality screen printing on plastic surfaces for branding, functional markings, and decorative finishes. Multi-colour registration, UV-curable inks, and automated lines for consistent results at scale.
Process 05
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Precision die-cutting for gaskets, seals, and flat components. Vacuum and pressure thermoforming for trays, blisters, and packaging shells. Combined with in-line trimming for finished-part delivery.
