Junhui Plastics has been at the forefront of custom plastic manufacturing for over two decades. Our 15,000-square-metre facility combines advanced extrusion, injection moulding, CNC machining, and thermoforming technologies to deliver precision-engineered products for clients across 50 countries.

Raw Material Workshop
The Raw Material Workshop is engineered to ensure precise material control and stable production performance. All HDPE and PP raw materials are sourced directly from PetroChina and strictly inspected to meet defined technical specifications. Covering an area of 1,000 square meters, the workshop operates under standardized management and clean-room conditions to minimize contamination and variability. Equipped with 10 high-efficiency industrial mixers, the facility enables accurate proportioning and homogeneous blending of raw materials, ensuring consistent material properties and reliable downstream injection molding performance.
Production Workshop
The production workshop covers an area of 10,000 square meters and is equipped with a rational layout. The plastic pallet production workshop includes mixing machines, injection molding machines, welding machines, and blow molding machines, and is equipped with automated conveyor lines and robotic arms. The hollow board production workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art extrusion lines, each production line meets strict quality standards, thereby achieving efficient production and consistently excellent product quality.

Inventory Management
Our factory operates dedicated warehouses for each product line, enabling flexible inventory control and efficient operations. Finished products are properly stored in designated areas under secure management while awaiting customer release. In addition, we maintain sufficient stock of standard sizes to support fast dispatch and reduced lead times.
